Peach Tea Tankard
A large tankard style mug, made using a fine black stoneware clay, decorated with a sgraffito design through a blended spectrum of coloured slips. It is finished with a metallic, matt bronze glaze, and has a smooth sanded surface for great tactility.
This piece is part of a limited run of functional ware made in response to my sculptural series entitled ‘We Are Vessels’.
